Puerh loose leaf tea has large, twisted leaves that have a distinctive woody, earthy flavour and aroma.

The tea undergoes special fermentation and is now recognised to have health benefits such as excellent for digestion, reducing blood cholesterol and to help those on a diet lose weight more easily.

An ideal cup of tea
Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter and teapot. Allow the tea to brew for 2-4 minutes in freshly boiled water. Strain and add more water for a further infusion.
