DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement take 4 to 6 capsules daily with six ounces of orange juice or vitamin C drink preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait 20 minutes before eating.
Four Capsules provide 2000mg of Fish Collagen, 20mg of Hyaluronic Acid, 40mg  of Vitamin C, 3.32mg of Copper Gluconate, 0.03mg Zinc Oxide, 13.2mg Silicon Dioxide, 132mg of Magnesium Oxide, 0.4mg of Vitamin B12 and 13.2mg of Vitamin B6.
